Red Velvet Cake

A deep red, rich, melt-in-your mouth, make you wanna curl your toes cake.
I guarantee this red velvet cake is different from any you've ever tasted because of one ingredient that I leave out!
When someone tastes my version of red velvet cake for the first time, without exception they say,
"This is the BEST red velvet cake I've ever eaten!"
Here's what you can expect:
A succulent 8 inch round, three-tired red cake with thick butter-rich cream cheese frosting between the layers and the same delicious frosting on the outside topped with fresh pecans.* I also make red velvet cupcakes and the description is the same - it's just that everyone has their own piece of heaven individually.

*For those allergic to nuts, I'm more than happy to leave the nuts off. There are no other nuts in the cake except those on top.
Key Lime Cake

This cake tastes nothing like key lime pie. Let's get that fact out of the way first. Many people complain that key lime pie either is too tart or too sweet for their liking but once you experience this green, rich "I've never tasted a cake like this before" delight, you'll be hooked. Be forewarned: you will scrape or lick the glaze from the cake board. Just make sure nobody's watching!

A 10-inch bundt-shaped cake drizzled in a lime-based glaze while still warm.** I also make key lime cupcakes - another individual piece of heaven. Key Lime cupcakes are topped with a fluffy cream cheese, lime-flavored frosting!
